PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Expenses

Each PR manager is responsible for their own expenses and their guests’ expenses across the trip. This includes all mini bar, drinks etc. outside of the organized meals. Please arrange this directly with your guests. We will arrange for your card to be put on their rooms.

Transfers

Arrival and departure airport transfers for ALL external guests are covered by Global. Local representatives that are travelling should try to travel the same time as their guests, so that they can join the airport transfers. For activities not on the official schedule, transfers should be coordinated and covered by the local representatives.

Ground transportation on the event day is covered by Global for ALL participants.

Accommodation

Please request your accommodation while registering (this is also valid for the guests and +1s you will be registering).
